Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia.
We do not ship to Russia, North Korea, or regions with restricted postal access at this time.

Order & Shipping Process

Orders are usually prepared and handed to our shipping partner within 1–2 business days.

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Late or Lost Orders

While rare, delays may occur. If tracking shows no update for more than 7 business days, email us and we will investigate.

If your order appears lost, we will work with our shipping partners to locate it.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or courier issues.

If your package is marked as Delivered but you have not received it:
• Check with neighbors and your local post office
• Verify the shipping address provided
• Contact us with your order number
If the parcel cannot be located, we will help guide you through next steps.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If something is missing from your order, contact us via our Contact Form within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

• Order number
• Shipping address
• Photo of the package
• Details of the missing item

We will resolve it for you.

Warranty

Gemma Velvet pieces come with a 1-year color & quality warranty.

Coverage includes:
• Manufacturing defects
• Significant peeling or major color issues

Not covered:
• Lost jewelry
• Normal wear or scratches
• Damage due to improper care or storage

To file a warranty claim, contact us with:

• Photos of the issue
• Proof of purchase
• Description of the problem

Broken or Faulty Item Replacement

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, report it within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it.
Photos of the damaged product and packaging are required.
