30-Day Return Window
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. All returns must be approved before sending anything back.

Condition Requirements
Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including any free gifts).
Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A tracking number must be provided as proof of return.

Refunds
